“Premier Health Care (on Remsen Street in Brooklyn Heights) has provided sensitive and caring medical support for my daughter for several years. I am grateful for the respect that the staff shows for their patients and the professionalism of the medical staff. Recently, my daughter needed to have blood drawn and sometimes, it is difficult to find the right vein which can cause all kinds of angst for everyone. Nurse Desiree Jarvis expertly located the vein while at the same time, helped my daughter to remain calm during the blood draw - it really helped everyone's anxiety level! We have had lots of blood draws over the years, but Nurse Jarvis is the best! We have also benefited from the care and attention of Nurse Practitioner, Vanna Kham. She is patient and actively listens to the concerns of her patients.”

“The doorman receptionist very rude my second encounter with him he stopped me and asked me where I was going I told him 4 floor he told me they're not open yet to wait outside I told him no I'm with special need person I can't wait outside due to his condition he said he didn't want nobody near his face. after waiting 2 minutes he told us we could go upstairs I noticed he greeted everyone else with a good morning but not with me.he's only friendly to certain people. I have more appointments to do at this location hopefully he learns to treat all people including special needs who visit this place from the 4th floor with respect. Visited on 03/07/2025”

It is unusual to experience a clinic that has a combination of fantastic practitioners who are both highly trained and also very down to earth easygoing bedside manners with patients. The front desk staff, office manager and nurses station are very warm, fantastic communicators and know very well how to work with the individuals coming to this office for care. The clinic is HIGHLY focused not just on care, but also on doing all they can to assist their patients to thrive in their life. I can’t tell you how many times the staff and practitioners have repeatedly reminded me they are here to help, support in any way that is needed, and are extremely encouraging individuals who care deeply and show it all the time. That kind of caring and warmth makes a world of difference to us patients who come to YAI for care.”
