“I was here in 2016 and I was treated very well by the staff. I had a great counselor and social worker. One member of the staff shared his story, his name was Bob, and by looking at him you would have never thought he’d been in such a bad way years before. When I left he made sure that he saw me and told me how proud he was of me for sticking with the program. Because I almost left early. I would recommend this location over the one in Springfield Missouri. Staff was much nicer in Jefferson City”

“I personally was a resident at this facility. And have not one complaint besides the fact that one counselor completely destroyed HIPAA laws and put my business on blast in front of everybody. But after switching counselors they proved that not everybody is bad after the trust issues that was developed over this one counselor. After being called a criminal while this individual was stealing food. I decided enough they place me with another counselor improve that there could betrust. As far as I know this employee is still there. Love the staff but if decide to better ur life and choose this facility great choice just do not except marry burkheart as ur counselor. She will tell u u will relapse come back call u a criminal and violate ur HIPPA. In my experience dealing with her she will tear u down have u help steal from a great program and walk all over u. Never have I felt so low until I met her.”

“I was in treatment here and I have to say that the staff is very helpful and know the struggles one goes through. Most of the staff is in recovery themselves and know what residences are going through. So to have someone that has been through and gone through what most of us have. Great environment to learn skills to a healthy recovery.”

“Really great staff was there whilst I was there, but overall this place is disgusting. They kept a therapist there that was accused of touching a girls thigh and had multiple witnesses(his name was Eric). There was a counselor who smoked in the car the DAY OF having me in it(his name was Thomas). If you want your kid to get help, send them to Joplin site or a whole different company.”
