“USE ANYONE ELSE BESIDES PRECISE. I am extremely disappointed with the level of care and professionalism I’ve received from this provider. On multiple occasions, they have been 30-45 min late for scheduled telehealth/in person appointments. One of my appointments was canceled without any notification, leaving me waiting on the phone for over an hour with no explanation. I called multiple times in the proceeding days, only to be rescheduled 1 month further away because they had no availability. The most recent issue was especially unacceptable. I requested a simple pharmacy change because my usual pharmacy was out of my medication, and this request was denied and was told I'd have to wait a week before it could be transferred. As a result, I was forced to wait over a week without my prescription, which led to withdrawal symptoms. This is not only distressing but also extremely unsafe. It took me years to finally seek help for ADHD, depression, and anxiety, and experiences like this have significantly worsened my anxiety and overall trust in the care process. Patients deserve timely communication, reliability, and basic consideration—especially when it comes to mental health. Based on my experience, I will never recommend this company this company, and in my opinion, is not fit to treat mental health.”

“I had a telehealth appt this morning at 930 with Carrie Meyers. I re arranged my schedule to accommodate them. And she was a no show. If I did that. I would have to pay a fee but they can Waste my time. I will find someone else for my sleep care”
