“Dr. Moolamalla is absolutely the best Psychiatry doctor for me. I have been working with him for many years regarding my depression. He has cared for me as a out patient as well as in patient. My care from him has always been above excellent. He listens and truly cares about my total life, including family and outside interests. I cannot say enough about Dr. Moolamalla and the entire staff. If I call, they return my call promptly and are always friendly. I have seen every chair in the room filled and never once felt they were to busy to answer my questions. Dr. Moolamalla has been about to board a plane and they have reached out to him once for a emergency. If you need a caring Doctor and staff please call his office and remember there are always others needing the same attention as you. Kindness wins every time. I’ve never waited more than 10-15 minutes and I never felt rushed when it was my turn. Thank you Dr. Moolamalla for being there in my tuff times now helping me to stay balanced and focused. “I first started seeing Dr. Moolamalla, MD back in mid 2018, after trying to find a doctor who would sit down and truly listen. I cannot explain in enough words how much Dr. Moolamalla has improved my mental well being, and thus my quality of life. He doesn’t just ask “any changes, any side effects, etc” he asks every appointment about family, life events, what exciting things are happening, etc. He is very knowledgable and understanding. Wait time Is under 5 minutes and the office staff are courteous! Highly Recommend!!”

“I was a patient of Dr. Moolamalla for about 6 years. He never got too personal are too in depth. It felt like his concerns as well as his questions, we're basically universal. The ladies who work in the front office are rude and uncourteous. I don't think anybody gave them the memo that they were working for a psychiatrist and that the patients they would be answering the phones for are psychiatric patients. I was cut off my meds because I had to get a different insurance provider so that I could get some dental work done; so for two months I was with a different insurance provider. During that time I had two telemedicine visits, then I switched back to my old insurance that covered my psychiatric visits. I called to set up an appointment to get my monthly refills and was told that when I paid $170 I could schedule my appointment. By this date I was already 2 days without my meds. I took medical in college so I know that if you can't get a payment initially you can call the insurance provider and get them to pay it just takes effort. So finally 4 days after I was out of my meds I called the office and said if you guys are going to cut me off can you please refill my medicine one more time so that I could find a new psychiatrist to go to? This is after I had spent all day on the phone with the former insurance provider and got them to promise to pay my doctor. When I called into the doctor's office they said they had no proof of when the payment was going to get to them. So I literally did one of their jobs. They finally told me that Dr moolamalla had agreed to refill my meds one more time after I got the insurance company to cover the cost of two telemedicine visits. There was no reason to cut me off or for Dr mulamalla to lose me as a patient. The only problem was the rude women who answered the phone there and who can't do their job. I don't like giving bad reviews because if you like a psychiatrist who doesn't really care about you at all and who will just give you meds every month , then Dr. Moolamalla is a good one. If you're looking for a doctor who really cares about you and who really wants to find a solution for your anxiety or your panic attacks or any other psychiatric issue, you should probably look elsewhere!!!”

“I have been using this doctor for the past year and will now have to find a new one, unfortunately. He is refusing to refill my medications now. I was told that since the doctor "forgot" to make a note of my visit 2 months ago, that I need another appointment to get my medications refilled. The doctor requires appointments every 3 months in order to refill medications, but it had not even been 2 months since I had seen him this time. I was told last week that since he had been out of the office and doing the televisits from his home, that he had failed to make notes of some of his appointments in the patient charts, and therefore was refusing to refill my meds without another appointment. How is this my fault? I called today and the office staff answered the phone with "hello?" She was also very rude and unprofessional. In the past, I have referred others to him, but after this, I don't recommend him at all and will not be going back.”
