“If you’re looking for a wonderful experience & caring provider, I highly recommend Dr. Pilat!! He truly wants to get to know his patients and is very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about him & this practice overall.”
“It's extremely difficult to get ahold of the front desk to schedule or change an appointment - it almost always goes to voicemail, and these aren't even addressed most of the time. I definitely understand being busy and getting things done in the office, but I've known plenty of other places that are able to balance both important phone calls from patients and other duties. It's extremely frustrating, as there was something I had to change with my appointment last minute and I couldn't get on the phone for 2 hours. Genuinely considering switching places if I'm not even able to talk to the office/my psych.”
