“Breaking down review into two sections (Doctor, Staff) Staff - I had no issues getting into contact with someone immediately. Got my intake processed quickly end of day and was told on next steps. I think issues that others have is that they expecting an initial one hour appointment to be available immediately which I do not think is the mentality you should have. Staff also follows up prior to appointment and makes sure forms are filled. I have a forgetful memory so this was helpful. Doctor - Dr. Va was 10/10. He was attentive, answered all my questions, and was reassuring to talk to. I am glad I went to PRA and look forward to my future appointments. I would definitely recommend him!”

“You will never be able to get a hold of anyone at this place. If you call, it will ring until it goes to voice mail. This is an issue because I can’t talk at any other time. They do not do email correspondence. The front desk staff is very unfriendly. I see Dr Bard and she is phenomenal, caring, and empathetic but unfortunately I will be looking for care elsewhere due to the fact that I just cannot ever get a hold of someone. This is a mental health facility whose staff does not treat their patients with care or understanding. I absolutely do not recommend this place. I will miss Dr Bard but I just cannot deal with it anymore.”

“Dr Bard is such a gem. She's wonderful, kind and always there for my family member who has been seeing her. Dr Bard responds quickly to us when the need arises. I'm very thankful for such an empathetic psychiatrist!”

“Absolutely disgusting. I liked my first doctor but she left the practice. So I had to schedule with a new one which was a whole month out all whileI would be running out of my meds. Because life got crazy, I couldn't get to their book worth of first time paperwork that I had to fill out AGAIN even though I'd been a patient there for close to a year. And then because I didn't have paperwork filled out 4 DAYS in advance, they canceled my appointment and want to charge me $200. Places like this are why patients unalive themselves. Charging insane fees for people who just need help and understanding. If you want people who care about you, don't go here.”
