“Sketchy and frustrating experience. I'm not sure how the office has a 5 star review. My personal information was written on a scrap piece of paper during check in. The office carpet has stains. I was told I would receive referrals to initiate my treatment. 5 phone calls later, still no referral has been sent. I'm not sure this practice is legitimate. I do not recommend.”
