“I am writing this review as the mother of a child who has been in Donna Eldridge’s care for approximately three years. Unfortunately, my experience with her has been deeply concerning and disappointing. From the beginning of treatment, my daughter disclosed sexual allegations to Donna that were never reported to CPS or any authority. In court, Donna stated under oath that she assumed the parents had already reported and that it had been handled. As a licensed professional counselor, she is a mandated reporter, and failing to report such disclosures is not only unethical but unlawful. Over the years, my daughter continued to disclose serious and disturbing events occurring at her father’s residence. Again, these disclosures were not reported. When Donna testified in court, she selectively documented only negative comments my daughter made about my household, including trivial remarks such as dissatisfaction with Christmas presents, while omitting the far more serious concerns my child raised about the other home. Most recently, after yet another incident was disclosed by my daughter, my attorney advised me to contact Donna directly so she could be informed. Donna had previously given me her personal number and initiated contact with me through it. When I reached out, I was told not to contact that number again and to call her office instead. When I did so, the front desk read me a message stating that Donna “does not legally have to stay in contact with you.” At this point, there have been two separate sexual allegations disclosed to this counselor that were never reported to CPS. As a parent, it is devastating to realize that the professional entrusted with your child’s safety and wellbeing failed to act, failed to report, and demonstrated what appears to be a clear bias toward the other party involved. I share this not lightly, but because parents deserve transparency and children deserve advocates who take their safety seriously, without bias, avoidance, or selective documentation.”
“I am giving Derrick Pringle five stars! He is the best! He is very professional, caring, and empathic. I have to give Serita Wallace zero stars. Which gives the clinic barely three stars. She is very unprofessional, rude, and just plain mean. I would stay away from her. The main lady at the front desk when you first walk in also gets zero stars. She is unprofessional and clueless.”
