“I’ve had many of the experiences as reviewed by other patients. This place is a joke. I’ve been trying to get a medication refilled for 1.5 weeks, and I have an appt scheduled for next month. I wouldn’t trust them with any medications that are time sensitive. Don’t waste your time. If you were referred here by a bigger institution: refuse, and run the other direction.”

“Edit: After replying to this review PRETENDING to care, I messaged them and they have completely ignored me. STAY AWAY!!! DO NOT COME HERE. If you need mental‑health care, go literally anywhere else — Anew, Summa, anyone. This place treated me worse than I’ve ever been treated by a medical provider. They told me that even though the records are my own medical information, I would have to pay thousands of dollars just to access them. They claimed it was “state law” that they can withhold my records unless I pay an outrageous amount. I have a very strong suspicion that this was completely false. When I showed even the slightest frustration — while I was already in a mental‑health crisis — they called 911 on me instead of helping. I came to them for support, and they escalated the situation in the worst possible way. I have CLEAR video of their employees telling me "I can talk to you however I want". These people have lost it!! This place made my situation worse, not better. I would never recommend them to anyone.”
