How likely are you to recommend PORT HEALTH | Rocky Mount Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“My so-called medical provider was a face on a computer screen and did not bother to review my medical history questionnaire of medications list before informing me she would not prescrible the medications my former providers had prescribed sucessfully for over a decade. This person is obviously is a disgrace to the medical profession. THis place is a fraud.”
“I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience today while speaking with your receptionist over the phone. I called with a simple question and was met with a rude tone and a complete lack of respect. What was most upsetting is that, during the conversation, the receptionist actually told me, “You need to fix your tone when you’re talking to me.” This was completely unnecessary and out of line, especially considering I was speaking calmly and simply trying to get information. As a customer/patient, I expected to be treated with courtesy and professionalism. Instead, I was made to feel like I was doing something wrong just for calling. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the entire office. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses this issue, as no one should be made to feel disrespected or uncomfortable for asking a question.”
“This place saved life's. They are closed in Rocky mount now because all the layoffs and businesses that closed, because the town's missing so much money. SMH”
