What patients say on Google

“I had attended this clinic for three and a half years before relocating. I hated to leave PORT and I miss the staff tremendously! The support offered and the whole program quite literally saved my life. I loved each counselor and staff member I had the pleasure of working with. Due to trust issues, it is typically difficult for me to open up to counselors/doctors. Hats off to Kirsten. She is a gem! I have never felt so comfortable being myself and genuinely understood in my life. If you are ready for recovery and MAT is for you, I highly recommend PORT. Thanks for everything!”

“The reception desk staff always seem to have an attitude, no matter what day you call or come in. Customer service and friendliness make a huge difference, and unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I hope improvements are made because being treated respectfully should be a priority.”

“Abruptly changed my doctor without notification and new doctor, Dr Ellis, is terrible, he does not care about me as a WHOLE person at all he just views me as a "Addict", he literally said this to me. Also, I've been clean for 6 years & now I don't know where to turn. Dr. Ellis claimed I was someone else saying I cried last time I was there and he has changed 3 medications that have been working for me for years. I willingly tried to do what he asked and when I was hardly able to complete daily living tasks and tried to have a discussion and express my concerns, he was very unprofessional, disrespectful and rude! I requested to see my original Doctor, Doctor K, and the receptionist snapped at me and said there will be no more doctor changes! I have seen 3 different doctors in the last 6 months and all of them told me something different. Current doctor called my previous doctors, "legal drug dealers", one of those being Dr K, the new clinical medical director. Smh! What do I do now? I refuse to pay this doctor to treat me like a "addict" and not treat me like a human being.”

“I call ahead saying I'm gonna be 10 min late but was only 5 minutes late.. over the phone she said it was cool but, when I drive there which is a 45 min drive each way they say we got to reschedule.... Umm 🤔 why couldn't you tell me on the phone? Not trying to be that person who writes a review like this but my cars electronics and power steering is going out, started yesterday. Please in the future tell me what's up before coming and usually doctors give you a 15 min grace period. It's whatever”
