What patients say on Google

“They have changed my life and my husband's life 10 fold! If it wasn't for port and my husband's therapist....he admits he would be dead. God Bless you wonderful and dedicated people for what you do!!! You help give life back....and Wendy...we adore you!!!!!”
Sheila Risinger
“Horrible clinic. My first therapist I saw there would say my problems weren't as bad as hers and only talk about herself, I didn't realize I was paying to be HER therapist. The only 2 good therapists I had, left. The lady who prescribes medication randomly refused to refill my medication because my attorney spoke with her about my treatment so I went through anti-depressant withdrawals for 3 months. I was told they had a new therapist in training and they would call when she was taking patients, almost 4 months later and no call.”
Crystal Black
“The overall experience I have had is fine. My therapist is quite genuine. He takes time to listen and gives good advice to help move forward. I understand the mind is a complex organ and the medical field is no know all , end all as GOD is the creator . However when a therapist says if you are having any issues don't hesitate to get in contact to prevent further hospitalizations, the intake staff should be a little more helpful than to say ," I'm sorry, you need to take her to the hospital." ? At least contact their therapist so they can follow through on their statement . Thank God I'm not where I used to be.”
Cynthia Bowers
“Hands down the rudest and literally hate keeping patients from appointments because they have a insurance they don't accept that is actually ending in one day and refuse to help because.”
