“I'd like to give 0 stars. I've been trying to get in here for over 1 year. I did my intake on February 2024 and what told that Id be contacted in a few weeks. I was never contacted. During this year, I've called several times and left voicemails for several different people but got no where. Great behavioral health place.”

“It’s sad that people come to this facility for help and they don’t follow through. I had my intake appointment 7/7 where they said someone would be in touch about a psych eval, then further appointments with the psychiatrist. I have not heard anything as of 8/21. I have called and left multiple voicemails and no one has reached back out or answered the phone. What is the purpose of conducting the intake appointment with no follow through? I am having some serious mental health issues and it’s sad that I thought I was gonna get help. I understand there can be a delay in appointments, but to not hear from anyone at all with no updates or just to let me know that I’m still on the list to get services is really unprofessional. I would not recommend this place if you are looking to get mental health services in a timely manner.”

“Bathroom either usually does not work and when it does its a disgusting mess. Staff are okay. The one good thing about this place is they are usually pretty good about if a patient us running late as long as they are notified. One of my consumers is religiously late, so this is helpful.”

“I went to t.w love few staff members but here to find out that they might of had Nathan spritz put a wire in my top back molar and a wire in my lip tried to see but no response just more games I also missed diagnosed to times .watch what you say !”
