How likely are you to recommend Plymale Counseling?
What patients say on Google
“I asked them twice that I was looking for a female therapist and but times they set me up with a male therapist. I saw the second therapist once and he scheduled two appointments no a Monday and Tuesday. I messaged my therapist on Friday morning telling him I found another therapist. I called Katherine and left her a message telling her I told my therapist that I found someone else and told him I wanted to cancel my appointments. For some reason without explanation, they changed me $100 for no reason. I wouldn’t recommend going there”
“We highly recommend this counseling practice. The clinicians are compassionate, knowledgeable, and committed to providing quality care. The environment is welcoming and professional, helping clients feel safe and supported throughout the counseling process.”
“Kathryn is amazing! When it came to finding someone my daughter could talk to about the death of a loved one and her anxiety that followed it, we knew we had to find someone we could trust. Kathryn exceeded all our expectations and helped our girl learn how to cohabitate with her grief.”
“I had a really frustrating experience with this therapist’s office. I arrived on time for my appointment and ended up waiting for over an hour with no communication from anyone. I had to bring my daughter with me that day because I didn’t have childcare, and the building felt completely empty, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. After waiting nearly two hours past my scheduled appointment time, no one had come out to check on me or explain the delay. I even walked around trying to find someone, but there was no staff in sight. My daughter was getting tired and restless, which made the wait even harder, though of course that part wasn’t her fault. At one point, someone finally came out, and when I tried to ask a simple question, they completely ignored me and walked away. Eventually, I was able to get ahold of someone, only to be told that they “forgot” to inform me my appointment was actually scheduled as an online session—not in person. I do not recommend this place it was a horrible experience Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience. Lack of communication, long wait times, and being dismissed when asking for help made it clear that this office does not value patients’ time. I would not recommend based on this experience.”
