What patients say on Google
“This place is life changing.. literally these angels/hero’s actually care and listen and make sure you’re ok in every way possible. They talk to like a person not a patient. It’s clean, comfortable, full of compassion and good food. I’ll always remember the four absolutes. Honesty, purity, unselfishness and love. Shout out to terry, miss shannon and dr misty thank you for everything.”
“Took one of my kids there after they were diagnosed with ADD. The first appointment was a 10 minute phone call of a nurse asking my kid his symptoms and then prescribing them medication. I didn't feel right about the situation so I researched the medication before picking it up. There were really good reviews about it and it was a low dose so I decided to get it filled. It was non narcotic and it wasn't Adderall or anything like it. A month goes by and we had not received another call or heard from anyone and he had ran out of his meds. I called and called to no avail, until finally, wegot a call back and they got us a refill. The second appointment was also another 10 minute phone call. The third appointment we were actually able to see a doctor!! We waited about 2 hours just to see the doctor for 5 minutes!! Lmao. She upped the medication and called it in with a refill. Well, their medication ran out Friday and here it is, Wednesday and I can not get anyone to refill it bc the doctor is sick and has been out for 3 days and won't return any messages. Also, the people answering the phones have 0 customer service etiquette. Very monotone, rude, unhappy voices, and they kept interrupting me and talking over me. I'm not trying to argue with anyone, I just want my kid to get their meds filled. It's been almost a week and that can be dangerous! If you can, try to go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Good luck.”
“Went there for the toughest detox I’ve ever dealt with in getting off a lifetime dependence on xanax. Was treated with much respect and the staff was great the whole time I was there. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to get out of any addiction. The staff there all truly cared and did their very best to help give me my life back and the only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t stay there a little longer because benzo withdrawal is as scary as it gets.”
“I attempted the 7-day detox program for drug abuse, and decided to leave around 19 hours into it. Despite that, I believe this is amazing place for anyone seeking help. A special thank you to the amazing woman who tried to keep me from leaving. I never got or can remember your name, but you brought up Paul Skenes to me on a smoke break.. Sorry for the trouble.. I’m beyond grateful for all the work you and your coworkers do.”
