“This place is horrendous. I wish it were possible to give them zero stars. First, we were over billed (were quoted a flat fee for an evaluation but were billed separately for 2 visits in addition to the flat fee. The visits were specifically for the purpose of obtaining information for the evaluation and eventual report). We then got the runaround about a refund of the over billed amounts with no ability to speak with, see in person, or email anyone in the “billing department.” They finally emailed me to tell me to book a time to speak with them via a link, the link did not ever work. They sent the link numerous times, link never works. I called that office over 50 times, no resolution. Then we were told we would have the evaluation report within 6-8 weeks. Finally got it after 5 months, after calling daily, showing up at their office (no one is ever there and the doors are locked). The late report was riddled with errors. Dr. Chantel failed to review paperwork and prior reports she herself requested and which we promptly provided via their patient portal. We pointed out this failure, no apology. Then we were told she would revise the report and we would have it within a week at the most. Another 35 days to get it. The only decent person in that entire hellhole is the receptionist, Jade, who did her best to assist us. The place is a joke, totally unprofessional and incompetent practice. We still have not been refunded for the over billed amounts. They further insulted us by sending us an insane email saying “Oops, we messed up! Here’s a $100 coupon to use for use for future services at our office.” As if I would ever return to this place. Please save yourselves and go elsewhere. What a nightmare! Avoid at all costs!”

I see both a psychiatrist and a psychologist here, which makes it easy to coordinate my treatment. The staff are professional, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being.
