“Had difficulty with online registration for new patient. Did not receive a call back for 2 days. Decided to stop in the office personally to complete registration and schedule. Stood in their lobby for 2 minutes without either of the two women (who saw me come in) open the window to greet me. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costs.”
“unprofessional. canceled our appointment the 1st time as we were standing in the office ready for the appointment and the 2nd time they canceled our appointment 20 before we were there at this point i had already gotten out of work and pulled my daughter from school. the lady that answers the phone gets rude and nasty when you ask something she doesnt know and FYI according to this same lady they do not have a manager you HAVE to deal with her”
