Especially bc I really hate making calls and having to listen to robots with 15 options. I find it annoying, but being able to text is really convenient. My provider listened to me and had very pertinent questions. He also had reviewed all of my history questionnaires so it didnt seem like just busy work most drs make you do. I really like him and his staff and how the office runs. Also televisits are ideal for me so that is an added bonus. I think this clinic is doing all of the best things for their patients and meeting the need for a solid digital system for millenial and gen z clientele”
