“Dr.Allison Radley is one of the very best mental health professionals I've met. She was very attentive. She went over all my medications in detail. She spent time really listening to my issues, and I feel positive now about my recovery process.”
“Was not very comfortable with my wife being there at all when I called and gave her name they could find her in the beginning.still haven't updated her info like they should have.three days laterI get a call saying she was released,go there they said they haven't called.talked with doctor they tell me she was doing well just had to do some light adjustments of meds.went to the facility to talk with the staff and the nurse is so stressed out saying they or under staffed and have a lot going on and that she isn't taken her medicine and acting rashinal after doctor told me she was doing better and getting on point.it seems they or not communicating with each other witch can many red flag, not to mention when I first walked in there was three safety concerns that emitately was obvious not going to what they were.I believe that when we but our love one in this type of environment,we should feel at ease and comfortablet that they or getting the help they need.there staff should communicate more often with doctors and medical physicians.but yet every time I call and went there they had many questions to ask but never could provide me with the info I needed.”
“My experience thus far has been Outstanding and Extremely Informative with my different maladies. The personnel have been entirely helpful and accommodating. I an Thanking for Everything that is ongoing. Pastor Joseph Leon Jones Jr 🙌”
“I was told that this place was a tranquil peaceful place to work on my trauma issues with access to plenty of psychologist and therapists. In reality it is not that. I was admitted to the psych unit. The poor patients there have to take cold showers. The water barely gets luke warm for just a minute then turns ice cold. After 4 days of staying in the psych unit I was moved to the next step program. This was supposed to be the peaceful place to work on my issues. This is nothing more than a frat house without the booze and women. The guys were very over bearing and making comments like " Let's go butt chug some beer so they can't smell it on our breath" and constantly talking about "smoking weed" doing acid, and just acting like hoodlums. The Pine Grove employee who was driving the van when the previous mentioned things were being said, seemed to find it all quiet funny. There was almost a fight between 2 of the guys over someone eating someone else's pepperonis out of the fridge. This was the most uncomfortable place I have ever been. I asked one of the guys at the second step program about the availability of the psychologist and therapists, he laughed and said "you might see a therapist once a week maybe, but the psychologist you will probably only see once the entire time. I felt more relaxed in the psych unit in spite of the cold showers I payed about $4000 for this very miserable experience. I did check out after 5 days. I would never recommend anyone to go to Pine Grove for any reason. This was a huge waste of money. There was absolutely no offer to reimburse any of the money I paid. This facility doesn't seem to care about anything but your money and your insurance. They don't read the intake files for sure. I was triggered from some PTSD I have. I went over this particular trauma with Bradley Lott during the assessment, but somehow no one else seemed to know about my trauma trigger. Very poor communication.”
