What patients say on Google
“I've had a great experience seeing Tessa and Courtney for therapy and medication. I feel cared for and supported. Great service as someone who doesn't have insurance! Intake appointments can take a long time (get there early) and sometimes there's a wait to see your provider at your scheduled time. The staff is kind and helpful. This is some of the best mental healthcare I've gotten, and I've gotten a lot! Lol”
“I love going here for my mental health 💕 it helps me alot. And Ms. Tessa is awesome she is very sweet too me. 10/10 recommend it”
“They actually get zero stars. Nobody cares about you. Their psychiatrist make fun of you and lie. Facts. I've been going there for 2 years now. They all should be fired. Especially Christine Smoothers. All these people want to do is shove drugs down your throat. And I did. Their medications made my condition worse. I told them I didn't want medication. I wanted help not drugs. Truth be told this place cannot help you Nobody cares. Nobody cares. You people only care about yourselves. There is no help in Mississippi for mental health. Nobody cares. And now I dont care about anyone or what happens to you or what comes next”
“There was mold everywhere. i was flirted with my the male nurses which made me extremely uncomfortable. i am diagnosed with bipolar disorder and was treated with antidepressents. all we did was read and watch t.v. i did not see a therapist but once and was there for 9 days with only 4 of the 18 groups and meetings i was promised. they dont take care of you mentally or emotionally. youre basically babysat. i had a writ on me and this place caused me more trauma than alot of what ive been through has. do not send anyone here and do not admit yourself here. find someplace else for the sake of yourself. if i could id sue this place and i rate it 0 stars. truly horrible experience”
