What patients say on Google

“New location. Clean and organized.”

“Terrible experience. Third visit with Mr. Rafael, who is supposedly a therapist, but he's anything but. The first thing he does is call DCF (Child Development Center) and open a case against you, which is very unpleasant to have on your file when all you're looking for is therapy for your child. They call DCF to wash their hands of the matter when they're actually supposed to be doing their job. I understand they have to in extreme cases, but when it's not like in my case, it's infuriating and frustrating that they don't understand what you're saying, time and time again. A qualified professional has to go further and understand children's words in order to draw conclusions and piece together the puzzle when it really needs to be done. I don't recommend them as therapists. Sometimes, if the cases aren't extreme like mine, the best therapy our children can have is from a parent who lives with them. And there's no one who knows our children better than we do, the parents, than someone who calls themselves a therapist and just listens to the problems. No wonder they don't have a waiting list! Here's the answer. My advice is that if you go to these kinds of places, you have to be careful what you say because you could run into problems there. When you're there to get help with one problem you already have, you end up leaving with even more problems, like in my case 😢”
