What patients say on Google

“really bad psychiatry. my longest session with my doctor was less than 5 minutes. decides to change and cut medications super fast. stopped filling my effexor after he decided to switch me without tapering at all. i got super sick. do not go here, google online psychiatry services that take your insurance”
Brennan McMahon
“The communication skills of this practice are nonexistent. Which is funny, in a sarcastic ironic way, since they're meant to serve mental health disorders. They relied on their virtual session platform, and offered no other options for contact (ie email, phone number). I had a doctor cancel on me *via the app*, but when I tried to respond with reschedule questions, I got an auto response (couldn't communicate back to them). It was a one way street with these people. I never got the feeling that there was any real care for the patients wellness. It felt like each appointment was rushed, so they could send you a bill and move on to the next patient.”
Sarah Johnson
“Beware and Stay Away! Dr. Ijaz Rasul and whoever else is apart of this very shady and extremely unprofessional organization are horrendous at their jobs, and have absolutely no concern of their patients wellbeing. Patients are only able to contact them through an app (VSee) and emails, without sharing their names or position, and there are no managers or administrators to raise your many concerns or complaints to. Month after month they failed to send in my prescriptions on a timely basis, and without me and my pharmacist having to remind them-several times. If you are a patient who needs a psychiatric help, I implore you to look for other alternatives.”
Mark Biggs
“They have ignored my messages on several occasions and did not tell me when my appointments were cancelled or I would have a different psychiatrist (this happened 4 times). One of my meds is very dangerous to go cold turkey off of, so i sent in a refill request to my pharmacy a week in advance. They sent in 1 of the meds but not the other 2, so I sent in a request through the website for those 2. They ignored it still. They finally got back to me after a few days of phone calls and messaging.”
