How likely are you to recommend Pickens Mental Health Clinic?
What patients say on Google
“Government funded scam. They will book you an “assessment” where a person asks you questions about your issues only to charge you $400-$600 without telling you anything about the cost up front and will attempt to justify this by saying “well we don’t collect any payment up front”.”
“Unorganized, unprofessional, DEI hires with zero common sense. The office changed their system and the patients get to deal with it. We had an appointment made on March 24th for April 24th and upon arrival we were told that there is no appointment. That a mistake was made and I would have to go to the ER for a prescription refill and the next available appointment would be May 5th. So the philosophy of this company is, if they make a mistake, you have to pay for by not getting seen, run around, and then told the only appointment is 2 weeks later, on May 5th.”
“I went for a year. I left because they charge double what private practitioners charge. I received a threatening letter from the counselor stating that if I didn’t pay $35 he’d report it to the state taxes. I worked my problems out on my own because the guy is clueless. No help. Thanks N. This place does not help the community. They only want money.”
“Melissa Hall is outstanding. Very knowledgeable and answers all your questions. I trust her unconditionally to do what is best for my mental health.”
