What patients say on Google
“Zero points. Do you know there is a 15 MONTH waiting period to see a psychiatrist in Tyler? I'll give you a minute to ponder why that is... Ok here we go,buckle up kids! 1. She did not make eye contact upon meeting nor introduce herself. Aside: I stand up, shake hands, introduce myself while making eye contact with everyone I meet but especially Dr's for the first appointment. 2. She was genuinely perplexed at the notion that I have ADHD *without* childhood abuse and that I have not taken the 4 hour long test to prove I have ADHD. 3. She spoke to me in the way that an aquintance would at a party. I was not the patient in this interaction. She tried to convince me that I am not ADHD because I'm 64 years old and basically if it didn't kick my butt before now I dont have it. 4. She gets a 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. FIND SOMEONE ELSE because Dr. Ramirez is not going to be your path to wellness.”
“If I could review 0 stars I would. Dr.Ramirez should not be in practice and her medical lisence should be revoked. She mocked me, judged my appearance, (I work until 1-2am and my appointment was at 8) she turned and twisted my words against me, called me a liar even though I have 10 years of records/diagnoses. She made fun of me and told me if I was telling the truth I wouldn't be working full time (who else is gonna pay my bills??) I will not be back and did file a report against her. Apparently right before my appointment another man also filed a report against her. So 2 reports just in one hour. She absolutely should not be in practice.”
“For Zera Brooks: I enjoyed my Initial visit with Dr. Phyllis Ramirez. She's kind and thorough.”
“She sat and talked to me. Not at me. Asked questions and was interested in what I had to say. Very personable!”
