What patients say on Google

“THESE HOMES should NOT be allowed in established neighborhoods! Although I understand and appreciate the need for this type of service, I happen to live next door to one of the "homes". The caregivers are not attentive to the patients on many occasions. There is no consideration of the neighbors. I am subject to incessant honking of their horns to summon the patients to the van at all hours of the day AND night. In a neighborhood where honking is reserved for US postal workers and UPS drivers, this is very disturbing and annoying. The shifts must change at around 11 pm because that's when you hear loud voices, banging car doors, and even on occasion "guests" arrive to pass the time with the caregivers on duty. NOT COOL! These people need to remember they are in a NEIGHBORHOOD, not THE" hood". I work at home in an otherwise secluded part of the house and I can just about tell time by the incessant HONKING of the horn at 2:35 pm every day. To me this shows the ultimate laziness on the part of the drivers. You can't tell me they don't have cell phones and could summon each other in a quieter, more considerate way? Shouldn't "caregivers" care about how they affect the other people around these homes?”
