What patients say on Google

“The man would not stop typing and focusing on an outdated medication list from a State I don’t live in and is highly out of date when I made it clear I did not need any medication at this time and said over and over to please listen to my history instead of interrupting me constantly by continuously asking, “do you still take this medication?.” I would ask “who and when was that prescribed to me,?” and he said “it doesn’t say.” I kept asking what “it” was but would get no response. In Indiana it is a violation of the prescription tracking program (Inspect) to use it to “go fishing” before you’ve even met the patient. Mr. Walker hadn’t even heard of one medication and proved to me he did no research because he only mentioned the first thing, among many, that that drug I’m not even taking right now has been approved for. I asked him to please stop making diagnostic statements on out of date prescription records and look at me (stop typing and looking at his computer screen) and let me explain my mental health struggles that began when I tried to come to terms with being gay at age 15 (I’m 58 now) and the emotional and physical struggles of living in New Orleans and working at the NASA Facility located there on legal issues until Hurricane Katrina changed my life, destroyed everything I owned and ruined my health 20 years ago (8-31-2025 at 10am was the 20th anniversary for when this review gets older)…not that we got that far because the typing and avoiding looking at me never stopped. All he was obsessed with was my current medication(s) even though I kept asking him to treat the person before worrying about covering his behind (CYA) with his self imposed beliefs on prescriptions. I should note he was talking about prescriptions that originated from his own healthcare company…the records should be there and one would assume more detailed because I didn’t switch provider companies, just attempting to find a provider since the one I’ve had for 7 years walked out without notice (that’s Ally’s story). A vending machine would have been more empathetic to my issue because the vending machine wouldn’t be listening per se but it would have let me talk. Very limited knowledge on psychotropic medications and I ended the appointment because there was no communication and if Medicare is billed I will send a notice to HHS that I did not feel an appointment actually occurred under Medicare’s definition of such…because it takes two for an appointment to occur and the second person was his computer, not me. Kind of a letdown after 7 texts, several emails and 2 phone calls to verify the appointment (and he was the late person to the “appointment”). The Louisville Office closed down only leaving one office in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I believe this disaster of an appointment was Ally’s attempt to avoid a civil and medical board compliant of patient abandonment.”
