“My kid had therapy and dozens of other doctors appointments for years before this. I have always dealt with the scheduling and everything. Mom is busy and works hard. To be discredited as just the step Parent not be allowed to even make a simple appointment. There’s no way that that’s just a legal thing I’ve made dozens of other appointments with blood docs and high specialization doctors before this. I called and called for hours this morning after a major episode with him and they didn’t pick up for hours and then you discredit me like that? Also, if your insurance doesn’t cover it, make sure that they do - SUPER EXPENSIVE like hundreds of dollars out-of-pocket. Like 350 an hour expensive”
