How likely are you to recommend Perimeter Behavioral Hospital of Springfield?
“My daughter stayed here and it's the best place she has ever been. Two nurses one was British I think nurse Lindsey and Nurse crystal she still talks about today. They genuinely care and take the time to talk and listen to the kids. They have difficult and thankless jobs and I just wanted to thank them and tell them they make a difference! Good job Perimeter.”
“I went here a couple weeks ago and it was nice I had fun in the groups and the staffs were nice I liked Nathan,Sammy, and Lindsay they were nice and it really helped me with my depression and suicidal thoughts the only thing was that a girl hit me so I hit her back but they moved her to a different unit after so yeah, I made friends there they were kind and I liked them the staff respected me but some of the staff would take a long time to give me a different pair of clothes the shower kept running on the floor and got the floor soaking wet and that was annoying and I have bed wetting problems and 1 time I had to sit in my pee for like 8 minutes because the staff wouldn't get me new clothes and my pants were wet and it was very uncomfortable and he was really rude and was always annoyed after I peed the bed when I couldn't help it they ended up giving me pills for my bed wetting and that really helped so it was good and I recommend this hospital but that me I don't know if people might have different experiences then me. Tell Sammy I said hi! -Lexi Loken”
“Unprofessional facility that needs to get their security figured out. The patients (young girls 14y-16y) have learned how to sneak into the boys pods by swiping the guards badges. Each new intake is being told how to do so by existing patients at this facility. My family member was given medication that made their BP drop, making them unable to get up from their bed, feeling dizzy and losing feeling in their legs. No one took these complaints seriously and continued to dose them. When our family did a simple search and found the medications they were given were having a reaction! The staff is glorified babysitters essentially. Who aren't even doing that correctly.”
“This facility seemed great for my 11 yo daughter only for them to put her in a stimulant play games with refilling said medication causing her to have an episode sending us to the e.r when they were warned prior to me consenting to my child being put in this medication so not let this lapse bc ik personally it’s affects this is blantant patient neglect! And child abuse”
