“My entire experience at this place of business has been more than helpful. They have been nice, kind, and very good at communicating and helping us in our time of need. The lady at the front desk, Tamera, is amazing and was nice to me even when I didn't know where to go. When I first arrived, I called and explained where I was, and she said, "Well, you aren't here because I'm looking at the front door, LOL." So she guided me to the front door without making me look like an idiot. But all in all, I give this place five stars for what they do. The help did not stop with the nurse and the lady at the front desk. Everyone in the back, whose names I can't recall, I believe were Courtney, Christian, and some other people. They've all been super helpful.”

“I have no complaints at all they took care of my baby as if they were family! My child said they were so nice and caring. They always listened to when she was talking. I genuinely could not be more pleased with a facility!”

“I want to take a moment to recognize Jessica J. in admissions at Perimeter Healthcare. A couple of weeks ago, I had to make a decision that no parent ever wants to make, seeking professional help for my child. It was an incredibly stressful time for my family, and from the moment I spoke with her, she showed a level of compassion and understanding that truly made a difference. As a parent, admitting your child is never easy. I had a prior interaction with another representative earlier that day at your facility that left me feeling dismissed and uncomfortable, so I was already on edge. Jessica completely changed that experience. Even though it was almost 2 a.m., she, along with the overnight staff, was patient, kind, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen and guide me through the process without ever making me feel rushed or like a burden. Her professionalism and warmth immediately put me at ease, and I felt confident that my child was in caring hands. Because of her, my entire perception of this location shifted for the better. Jessica J. is exactly the kind of person you hope to encounter in a role like this. I’m truly grateful for the support she provided during such an important moment. I’m not sure if reviews are shared with staff, but she absolutely deserves to be recognized.”

“My son just got there yesterday and 6.5 hours away from home and away from everyone who he loves and cares for him he had a issue yesterday and they gave him a shots call me about it but when I had called back to see if he was available to talk, he was asleep. He slept a whole night without eating. We’re taking his meds and when I called this morning I had to call four times before they would allow me to talk to him. They were rude and kept telling me to call back in 20 minutes. It wasn’t until 10:40 AM. I was able to talk to my son. The nurse had the nerve to say that she would give me a call back at 10 AM so I can speak to my son and that she keeps her word about anything she say, but that never happened when I looked at the reviews about this place. I denied it the first time due to the reviews unfortunately, I wasn’t able to deny it this time due to my son‘s behavior. He had to go impatient somewhere due to his age. There is not a lot of places, but I don’t recommend is the places who have 2 to 3 stars that means they really don’t care about the kids and they’ve had true stories that have happened to make these stars two and threes please parents make sure you check in faithfully on your child when sending them to these places that are there just for a paycheck. My son should’ve never got a shot. They should’ve talked to him seeing how he got there at 3 AM. Travel 6 1/2 hours away from home and was feeling lost confused and it in a different environment. He doesn’t recognize he is autistic with impulse and ADHD disorder in mood disorder it makes a big difference to somebody actually talking and trying to get to the root of it other than shooting them up with medicine”
