How likely are you to recommend Penn State Health Silver Creek Outpatient Center Primary Care?
What patients say on Google
“Do not go here. The doctors do not have the best knowledge. I am SPEECHLESS with this place and the service and care. The doctor showed no actual knowledge of medication and cannot help. Do not go here. This is eye opening and mouth dropping to say the least. We will also be filing a full report against Jeremy for the things said to my girlfriend that were BEYOND inappropriate and displayed zero knowledge of the drugs being asked about, and prescribed them anyway.”
“If I could give zero stars I would. Numerous times over the only one year I have been coming here, this office has cancelled within less than 12 hours of my appointment and often not even calling to notify me so I find out once I am trying to check in for my appointment. This wasn’t that annoying when I lived 5 minutes away, but now that I am almost an hour away, I will not allow it to continue. It’s ridiculous because if a patient did that we get a mark on my record and/or a fee for lack of notice before a cancellation. In fact a couple of months ago they somehow double booked my appointment time at the same office. I showed up had my visit and then as I was checking out was told I had a mark for no show on my record now for missing my appointment…that they somehow double booked and I had absolutely no record (not even appointment reminders calls/emails) of. Regardless, I was there for the appointment I did book and was aware of at the same time, so why would I be marked as a no show for someone’s clerical error. Makes absolutely no sense, but that’s this offices scheduling for you. Today was the final straw, pre-op workup requested Monday, I was told Tuesday Jeremy ordered it and I would be coming in Thursday to complete it. Show up and he is unexpectedly out (understandable, life happens) but he didn’t order the bloodwork/EKG. To the front desks credit she tried to double book me with another provider to help, but I stepped away from work briefly for what was supposed to be a quick visit. After all this mess, I’m leaving you all as a patient. Already switched to UPMC who’s customer service and scheduling far surpass this office. Less than an hour after the whole order at PSH Silver Creek my labs are done by UPMC and I have a new patient appointment scheduled with them as well.”
“I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Bari. My aunt, who does not speak English, had an appointment, and I accompanied her so I could translate. We had already been waiting for over an hour and 15 minutes, so I politely asked about the delay. Instead of responding professionally, Dr. Bari immediately became rude and dismissive. She developed an attitude over a simple question and then told me to leave the room, even though I was there solely to help my aunt communicate. This was extremely upsetting and unnecessary. Patients and their family members deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they are advocating for someone who faces a language barrier. The way I was treated was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. Long wait times can happen, but there is no excuse for speaking to patients or their family members with such a nasty attitude. I would not recommend this provider based on my experience.”
“My husband, son, and I all see Dr. Bari. She is the most thorough doctor I have ever experienced. I am stunned to see any negative reports - we all have had 100% positive experiences with her. She takes time to listen and always does testing to see if there could be an issue. She cares and sends messages through the portal extremely quickly. We all three adore her.”
