What patients say on Google
“Not a huge fan of this office. The way they handle medication refills is ridiculous, especially considering this is for children and adolescents who need these medications daily to be successful at school. You have to leave a voicemail and they won’t even call you back to let you know they’ve received the request or that they’ve called in the request to your pharmacy. You have to follow up with the pharmacy for status which is rather annoying if you don’t even know for sure it has been called in to the pharmacy yet! It’s absurd that there’s not a better system like the ability to do it through the patient portal and receive a message once complete.”
“While my son wasn't a big fan of the doctor, she did get his meds "right" and that has helped a great deal. But no one goes out of their way to be helpful other than that and the 20 and 30 minute waits are difficult but usually because the doctor takes as much time with each patient as necessary. However, yesterday we checked in then the front desk told the doctor we weren't there and a little over 30 minutes after our appointment time the doctor appeared but not to bring us back but the next patient and we were told he couldn't see the doctor even though he was out of medicine. Just hoping they actually do call in a prescription for him like they said.”
“Jessica, along with Dhumika, helped me so much today! I can't thank this team of ladies for going above and beyond for my family! They didn't act like helping me was an issue! Thank You Ladies!!!”
“Find someone else!!! We had issues with our child's psychiatrist. She would not listen to us, or even listen to our input. Her therapist even tried to give her input and she didn't listen to it at all. I fully believe our child was misdiagnosed, her therapist even believes so! I called her supervisor, who recommended I speak with her therapist about our concerns... So we did. After that, the doctor began cancelling our appointments. Three appointments in a row! Now her supervisor will not even return my calls! This place is so unprofessional! We are searching for a new doctor. This was just the WORST experience.”
