What patients say on Google
“My daughter has a lot of anxiety especially with her health and body! Dr mcbrayer has always welcomed us with open mind listening ears and letting us feel we are included in her care and truly cared for! On another note the clinic all around is great nurses, reception and so forth”
“I believe this practice saved my daughter's life. Every staff person, the therapists, medical doctors, and psychiatrists were extremely competent and caring. They really listened to my daughter and allowed/required her to speak for herself. The family inclusion in treatment is fantastic and it makes a big difference to be able to get feedback and help with how to interact at home in a productive way for someone with an eating disorder. They answered any questions I had and gave me the information I need to continue her progress after her time in the PHP was completed. The experience she had in another place was not useful and even harmful to her and I'm so thankful she came here.”
“This office is terrible on every single front. We ended up reporting them to the state because the Dietician they refused to look at my child’s complex medical history and decided to claim that she has an eating disorder instead of acknowledging the diagnosis that her stomach and digestive system are paralyzed, which is medically evident in imaging and diagnostic which matches the criteria via HER specialist in gastroenterology. This office continued to be cruel towards my child who was already struggling enough with her mental health and physical health then decided they were gonna just completely outright. Ignore her and refuse to schedule with her despite both of us making ample attempts to reschedule with therapy and Gyno at this office, which only means that upon being reported, they decided to treat my child differently, which is against the law. Do not take your child here if they have complex medical needs or complex mental health or in a weak mental state. This office isn’t here to help you. They are here to cause nothing but problems to soothe their own egos. It’s a shame because we really liked our therapist there but unfortunately, again since we reported them to the state and got them investigated for their Dietician. Nobody in this office is willing to call us back, which I have already checked is illegal, and I will be filing another report against this facility. Thank you and don’t waste your time.🖤”
“IF YOUR READING THIS RIGHT NOW AND CONDSIDERING PUTTING YOUR CHILD IN PLS DO NOT !! If they were good at their job I would have been recovered right now. But im not and when I got out “recovery” was me developing a binge eating disorder, then bulimia because I had learnt what that was FROM THEM. They’re so passive aggressive. I also started self harming because their staff couldn’t make me feel welcome and help me when I needed it most, it was my very last resort I had to go to, and to this day I consider the fact I could’ve been a normal person and recovered but because of them I don’t think I’ll ever consider that future for myself. I hope this place shuts down”
