What patients say on Google
“Been going to Lenoir City office for 8+ years. Mostly satisfied with care. Mary Anne in front office is wonderful as is nurse Teresa. I started therapy with Keith and he is fantastic. New psychiatrist is good with meds. I no longer see Bargo.”
“Dr. Randy Bargo is the best psychiatrist I have ever had. I have been seeing him for almost 2 years and my mental health hasn’t been this great probably since I was a child. He listens and genuinely cares about his clients. He is the only doctor able to get my medication right and I truly believe he is a God send for me. Thank you Mr. Bargo for all your help and support!”
“I've only been there for a few weeks, but wow! What a difference a few weeks make! I love my counselor, the nurse, and even the doctor. I was in crisis when I went and was miraculously seen the same day due to a cancellation. The counselor, Tammy, is beyond brilliant. I was extremely lucky to have recieved care when I needed it the most by such lovely staff! Highly recommend .”
“Had an appointment made for my little sister. Arrive and I am told a legal guardian or biological parent will need to sign. (Totally understand protocol) I was not informed this is the case prior. (I’ve always taken my little sister to her appointments didn’t know it’s different for behavioral) Which should have been told to me. Our grandmother has custody but doesn’t drive. So we are told we can call bio parents. So we have to call parents that lost custody to sign for child??? Makes no sense we end up having to leave then get told we can’t have a school note since she wasn’t seen but couldn’t be seen since they didn’t inform us a legal guardian needs to be present. The lady who helped us was just doing her job, but another older lady behind the counter just kept staring us down and rolling her eyes. When we stated we wish we would have known. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.”
