“I am only giving one star because I had no choice. I would much rather give 0. My daughter was there about 3 weeks ago. After 2 days of calling to speak to her doctor with important information which was needed for proper treatment and her safety no return calls and no one could tell me who her doctor was. I made the 10 hour trip (I live out of state) to get there, I went in asking to speak with someone about her care and safety. I was told someone would be with me shortly and 2 hours later a supervisor came out, he stated he didn’t know who her doctor was and was going to find out who her doctor was and why a call was never returned. He asked me to give him a few mins and another hour goes by, a so called doctor comes out who did not even have a clue as to why my daughter was there or who she was. I asked to speak to a supervisor as obviously they were not providing the proper care needed and was told they don’t do that. I requested to sign my daughter out to get her proper care and was told she was there on court order (which she was not) when I asked what county the court order came from they told me 3 different counties. So while in the lobby I called all 3 counties to be told there is no court order. Finally after a entire day spent trying to speak with someone, a nurse calls and does a discharge plan on the phone with me and my daughter and stated they would bring the plan out to me. While doing this plan another doctor comes out and informs me that they won’t and don’t do a discharge plan over the phone, I explained I was on the phone doing it as we spoke. When I hung up the phone from the discharge plan it is now 35 mins from visitation (no sense in leaving at that point) security and another nurse comes out and states we are told your refusing to leave. !?!?!? What in the world I just finished doing the plan and waiting for the paperwork we just went over. Security tells me they don’t do that, and the lady I spoke with walked out and handed me the paperwork from the discharge plan. Then another doctor comes out and tells me her tox screen showed signs of street drugs and she is there on court order. Now mind you I spent almost 8 hours here at this point and I have a court order in my hand showing I am her medical proxy, I also have the release of medical information form signed and dated and asked to see her test (she does not do drugs) this doctor then states they lost the paperwork but he knows that’s what it said. Smdh. If y’all ever watched the program on Netflix well that is what you deal with, dealing with this place. The patient care is the lowest, they just want to keep people in for the money and the right hand has no clue what the left is doing. They do not care about the patient safety, treating the situation they came there for in the first place, nor getting to the root of the problem. The place is a huge joke!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THE PROGRAM!!!! They hold their patients hostage and don’t treat patients properly nor do they take their safety in consideration and will lie to the families about it all. Please do diligence insist on being apart of the care you will see for your self. Per my daughter they had someone in there with full blown HIV they were forced to share a restroom with person and that HIV patient was taking off his nicotine patches and allowing another patient to chew on them while staff and nursing watched. So please don’t put your loved ones at higher risk!!!! Stay far away from the place. They are just there to collect money and hold your loved ones hostage for it. Oh and let me mention she was there 4 days and she was never even treated for what she went in there for. Instead they hand a grown adult a coloring books for depression and told her that’s her treatment. Needless to say, I got my daughter the proper care needed. Now, instead of them calling my daughter to speak with her they call me and can’t understand why they cannot get ahold of her. I have given them her number several times but they cannot even seem to get that correct.”

“Like many others, if I could give less I would. My wife was in this facility due to some personal circumstances. She was made to strip in front of a MALE employee during her search. There was no 1 on 1 therapy but instead all group therapy. When talking to multiple people, doctors, therapists etc did not know what was going on. One would tell us one thing, another would tell us another. As a person with over 100 employees, the lack of communication is absolutely astounding. The lack of accountability is worse. This facility needs to be checked thoroughly.”

“So where do I even start….basically I was going thru a VERY hard time and no matter what I tried nothing was working. So I went to the hospital because I had a hole in my mouth from chewing my cheeks I have OCD and Tourette’s and yes I did want to die I was miserable. I got sent to this place after 7 days in the hospital and I have no complaints I thoroughly enjoyed my stay I made friends watched tv in the day room BUT first they had me in men’s pod D which was terrible! but once they found out I wasn’t a threat and I just needed help they sent me to track 2 which was Great! I played chess and everyone in there were friends it’s not a bad place as long as you don’t have an attitude and keep the nurses on your good side or else they will give u some “booty juice” lol and that’s something I wanted to stay away from. so I treated everyone with respect the staff and nurses and I had a great time if I ever feel the way I did before i can say I’ll go back 100% because there is healing in there happening they also let u get soda in the cafeteria im not sure who said they don’t but they do they have a coke machine they feed you like a king u can gain 20LBS in there, and they have snacks out on a push cart almost all day everyday you can eat Non stop but yeah other then that its not that bad if you are having thoughts of hurting yourself or someone else please go to the hospital and go to this establishment because you will come out better also they have group therapy and AA meetings and NA meetings if you need that. Once you go to track 2 50/50 chance you will have your own room which I did so u get a door on your bathroom and a nice quiet space. But anyways long story short I went back twice and now I’m fine so I haven’t been back in about 2/3 years. I think about this place often though because of the friends I made and how broken people can heal broken people it’s a beautiful thing.”

“Very dissatisfied with how they treated me while I was a patient. They make you feel like your a prisoner, no sodas were given to us on the floor I was on, had to asked for tea several times before they finally went to the cafeteria to get some. The staff wasn't very friendly. I was very unhappy while being a patient”
