How likely are you to recommend Pembroke Pavilion Psychiatry?
“I was a patient for a few years before Dr. FLEMENBAUM died. I saw a new PA, not even a doctor, who decided that she wanted to cancel all of my prescriptions, without even doing an evaluation or asking any questions of me. She had no background on me whatsoever, did not provide her duty of care, and was quite rude and lascivious to me. I will not be back. It was already a hike for me to go here, but I found a new psychiatrist office of which they are Dyme-A-Duzin. The new management, staff, and people that call themselves medical professionals here need to have their licenses reevaluated. Purely disgusting. Crass miss use of the medical field.”
“Went in and was treated like a VIP patient. I felt like I was being taken care of. I want to publicly thank a miss Tania for being so nice and patient with me. She's the best! I'm giving a 5 star review here just because of Tania. The rest of the staff was amazingly nice to me as well, it felt more than a patient going to see the doctor, it felt like a family. Keep up the good work yall.”
“Their front office is a hot mess. For a facility dedicated to treating people with mental illness, they sure mess with your sanity by misquoting your financial responsibility, rescheduling your appointments with less than 24 hours notice (even though you sign a policy saying that you'll be charged for cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notice), CHARGING for FMLA paperwork completion AND they LOVE to play the "I didn't get the fax" game even though you have 7 confirmations that show it was successfully faxed. Its okay though... once you make it passed the incompetent front office staff, the doctor will write a prescription to make it all go away after speaking to the patient for less than 30 minutes. (based on the 20+ page questionnaire that you have to complete)”
“I made an appointment for 12:45pm and had to rush out of work. Only to arrive and wait 1 hr prior to asking about my appointment. They informed me the NP was running late which I believe I should have been told upon arrival or at least in a timely manner. This would have enabled me the opportunity to contact you place of employment. Tanya, the young lady at the front desk was quite nonchalant and rude in her manner of exhibiting service. Her flippant and lack of Patient care is absurd for her position and more suited for Billing and Coding. Working in Healthcare Administration has taught me the importance of quality of care and this place exudes unprofessionalism and nonchalant behavior from its support staff. As a new private paying patient I would suggest others like me, to do your research prior visiting this office. If you are private pay, there are standards that one prefers.”
