“DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. The most unprofessional experience in healthcare workers I’ve ever had. Extremely disappointed with both Sue and Jerry. They were eager to get a new patient. Prescribed two weeks of medication. Charged us for dna testing and then completely ghosted us. Refusing to call back, let us know any information or refill any medication. As mental health professionals this is extremely dangerous and careless. They could at least have basic human decency to communicate if they didn’t want to work with someone after prescribing a medication and then letting the patient withdrawal from it without any follow up. This should be illegal and is the definition of capitalistic healthcare evil.”
