“I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. James Adjin. Appointments cost approximately $400 for a 30-minute session, which created a reasonable expectation of professionalism, responsiveness, and a high standard of patient care. During my last appointment, I missed the scheduled call (which he was late for by 10 minutes) by approximately two minutes. I did not receive another call for roughly 30 minutes. When we eventually connected, the conversation became argumentative and unproductive rather than focused on my care or resolving the situation. As a patient seeking psychiatric treatment, I expected empathy, professionalism, clear communication, and a collaborative approach. Instead, I left the interaction feeling dismissed and unsupported. Mental health treatment requires trust and effective communication. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect those qualities, and based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Dr. James Adjin. I would also like to add that Dr. James Adjin told me he had taken another patient instead of reconnecting with me, despite the fact that I had been under his care for more than two years. This made the situation especially disappointing and contributed to my feeling that my longstanding patient relationship and continuity of care were not valued. In addition to the comment made to this review by the company, Dr. James Adjin is a psychiatrist that they advertise. In the first photo, the interactions were through this practice's chat with Dr. James Adjin. In the second photo, Royal Peace Psychiatry clearly lists him as a provider. All of my emails after my appointments were from this practice. Lastly, all payments were made to Royal Peace Psychiatry. This review was not made for the wrong company.”

“I have been a patient of Dr. Aneja’s since the beginning of 2019. Through all of these years, she has taken unimaginably wonderful care of me. She hears me and works with me to find the right balance, and has even gone out of her way to call and check on me during hard times. I had my only son one year ago, and she was so supportive and knowledgeable during the postpartum stage, making sure that I had everything I needed. Whenever an issue is brought up, she discusses it openly with me and works with me to find the right plan of care. She is nothing short of a lifesaver, and I’m so grateful to have her as my provider!”

“I was a patient of Dr. Isbell’s for 7 years and she decided to abandon me as a patient without any notice or notification or warning. The office doesn’t ever answer the phone. After missing two appointments in a calendar year for work related problems, they abandoned me as a patient without telling me. I was never told this policy. I was not emailed or called or anything regarding this. Now I am out of my medication for two months while I have to find another doctor. I feel disrespected, angry and so hurt. Do not go here, they do not care about their patients.”
