“Horrible dr's office should be shut down with how unprofessional the staff is. They do not care about their patients, that's a fact. I can guarantee it. Doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure and put me on meds and has not followed up in over a year... They will call you to schedule an appointment, schedule the appointment then cancel the appointment, and you will get automated calls telling you to reschedule the appointment. When you try to call to schedule the appointment, says the office is closed and was after 8am the office should be open. I'm done with this place, will find a new PCP. Don't waste your time here, extremely unprofessional and the staff is always annoyed like you're bothering them for them having to do their jobs. I have gotten better customer service at McDonald's. Pathetic joke of a doctor's office. Should be shut down...”

“I switched over to this clinic last year because I had been looking for a new pediatrician for my 4 yr old, and so far they've been amazing! I even switched MY PCP to this clinic because I felt like they genuinely cared for their patients. The girls at the front desk are always nice and helpful. I kept having issues with my daughter's school physical form and the front desk girls and the Dr were super accommodating and helpful. They always call me and keep me posted. I wish I knew the girls names at the front desk so I can going them a shout out, but you guys rock! Also Dr DeHoek, Dr Friedman, Annette; all awesome! AND their dentist office upstairs is exceptional. Dr Ryan is a gem, she's so great with my daughter! I'm so glad I switched over to this clinic!”

“I have been a patient at this clinic for four months. A staff member called me while I was at work, and I missed the call. After work, I returned the call and asked whether someone had tried to reach me. The person who answered said she would check who had called earlier. I was placed on hold for about 10 minutes, and then the call was disconnected. When I called back, the same thing happened again. This experience was very frustrating and made me question the clinic's communication and customer service. Because of this, I am considering finding another clinic.”

“I usually have good experiences with PCC South and really love my PCP, but my most recent experience was really frustrating. I was told to call a schedule a re-test for a lab, so I did that and scheduled an appt for today. I drive 25 minutes to get here just to be told there is no order for the lab and they are trying to work on it. This would have been helpful to know before my appt or it would have been helpful to have the order ready BEFORE my appt. I have a busy day today and don’t have extra time to sit in the waiting room waiting for PCC to get things together. This is highly unprofessional and inconvenient. Very disappointed in this service.”
