What patients say on Google

“Terrible clinic. The therapist I saw was friendly and personable but inexperienced. When I first saw her, I asked if she did DBT and she said yes then quickly said also CBT. I knew then she would not try doing DBT with me but only CBT, which is not helpful for my disorders. Mandy is a terrible provider. Don't waste your time. During my first appointment, I mentioned how many meds I've tried and nothing has helped but I was hopeful to find something. She said We'll do you just want to stick with therapy? Why would I make an appt with her for med management if that were the case? She put me on a med I had yet to try. Next appointment a month later, I told her it was causing a side effect I'd had before with another med. She said to stop it. She fumbled through my file and asked if there were any meds ever helpful. She wanted to put me on an antidepressant I'd already been on and I said no. She said she needed to wait until she got my records from my previous clinic. I signed the release a month before. So why had no one bothered to get them? This place is a joke and no one knows what they are doing.”

“Don't be shy, advertise it right on your website that you discriminate against people who hold valid, legal medical marijuana cards and refuse to even see them for TALK THERAPY TO LEAD TO AN AUTISM EVALUATION, not even someone who was trying to get meds.”

“They charge for an office fee or something, but won't tell you. Insurance company has no idea why they are charging so much. Also very poorly trained therapists, they aren't widely experienced. Nice enough, but still get that old school vibe of "oh you might be a drug addict" or "yeah you're more crazy than the normal ones we get" sometimes. Also, you can't have a different therapist If you get a psychiatrist here. You have to use their poorly trained therapists.”

“Worst mental health experience I’ve ever had. I was referred here after a psychiatric hospitalization, I spent six months in therapy seeing a therapist and a psychiatrist. I coulddnt go weekly as there wasn’t any availability both my doctor and my therapist would come to get me 20-30 minutes late when I was always there on time, I once watched my therapist stand behind the window laughing and bantering with the check in ladies for ten minutes when she was already late for my appointment. They did not listen to me, barely let me speak, did not validate how I felt and absolutely did not help me get through those feelings. My medication was always giving me trouble and they blamed it on me taking them incorrectly which I was very vigilant not to do. I set alarms and had pill organizers to do exactly as they said. I was suffering with an eating disorder at the same time which they offered no help for. They did not respect my wishes medically, my doctor refused to write me a referral for an emotional support animal insisting that my healthcare treatment wasn’t consistent, after I missed one appointment due to an emergency and I gave them a call the day of to notify them. I was misdiagnosed and not listened to. I was told I was bipolar 2 after they spoke to me for five minutes. I’m actually bipolar 1 with rapid cycling and borderline personality disorder. Which they diddnt know me well enough to pick up on. They did not let me know that my insurance wasn’t covering my visits until I had been going for months and I got a hefty bill in the mail for services that I wasn’t even sure I was getting. When I called them to explain I can’t afford to come anymore they were rude and Indifferent. These people are collecting a paycheck and nothing else.”
