“I like my psychiatrist, but don't love the front staff. Asking for refills is like pulling teeth. Requested a refill of my adderall last week, my original pharmacy didn't have the script at first so THREE DAYS LATER they finally sent it. Turns out the pharmacy is out, asked to move to another pharmacy... 5 emails later and I'm still waiting. It's been a week. 4 days without my meds at this point. At least it isn't my depression meds but come on now Kym!”
“I love CHIGANE A. ABRAHAM. She is absolutely wonderful. However, this is the third time I’ve been without my medication for about a week because when I call they say they will contact the doctor to approve it being sent to my pharmacy but it takes DAYS on end. This is not ok. I don’t know what these doctors are doing but it’s not difficult to click a button to send a patient’s prescription to the correct pharmacy. I will be looking for a new practice to spend my money on because these people clearly do not care.”
