What patients say on Google
“I wouldn’t go here if I were you if you. I am going to say “the patient”when referring to them to not identify if they are a man or woman for privacy sake. I am not a patient there but my immediate family member was until last week. Patient is severely depressed, and has addiction problems plus other issues I will not list on here and was told by the provider CHARLES VIAR he was fine and nothing was wrong with him. Literally. He has since gotten in with another provider who believes him but you can’t tell someone they are ok when they have these major issues and send them on their way when our insurance literally paid you $150 per session for this service. The patient wouldn’t be there if they didn’t need help. It took a lot of courage to admit there was an issue and seek out therapy in the first place. Please do better. This is supposed to be a business that helps people. Don’t tell people they don’t have a problem when they are admitting they do and come to you for help.”
“I've called multiple times no one answers the phone. Its like they end the calls on the other end so they won't have to deal with patients I've even emailed my therapist and got nothing back. They rose my mil of prozac due to me being irritated more than often. I went to a actually doctor and I was told that Prozac wasn't the medicine I needed. Most of the employees at pathways act like they don't want to be bothered especially the people at the front desk”
“The older guy who does therapy sucks. He needs to retire he's starting to hate what he does but still wants to grind out the last few years before retirement. I just felt like a number on the list honestly. I went in there just to get some mental clarity as I believe everyone should from time to time. The office where you sit and talk to the therapist feels like a funeral setting. He was rude. They really want to push pills for some reason. I went twice would never go back. ✌️”
“Honestly I had no issues during my visit.”
