“*This review is coming from a person within the community and the things they have heard and witnessed.* The staff here and management needs an immediate correction. I've heard staff walking Market Street being straight disgusting to the people they are PAID to provide CARE FOR. I've heard staff make inappropriate jokes regarding some of the clients and having inappropriate conversations while on the clock regarding their privates in front of clients, right outside of the main building. There is one employee that is always high, mouth agape and slurring words and almost hitting pedestrians on her bicycle. She should NOT be allowed to work with people with disabilities, especially when she herself is not in the right state of mind. I've heard other staff making jokes about the drugs she must be on. This is what someone amongst the community has seen. Let's not forget how dangerous some of the drivers are. They run stop signs, speeding, etc. I almost had one hit my car on first street because she ran the stop sign.”

“Doesn't return calls, lies about returning calls. I was referred to them several months ago, was told they got referrals and would follow up. They lied to my case worker about not getting forms sent over. Lied to caseworker about trying to contact me. Basically I'm not convinced these people do anything except collect a paycheck and refuse to do their job. Meanwhile the family issues I needed them to help with aren't fixing themselves. I'm more than a little disgusted with them. Update: A day later I was contacted by a Pathways rep and her Supervisor. They repeated the lie that they called, then gave my wife's number as the number used. While I can't 100% confirm they didn't, my wife certainly would have alerted me to their call. One star review remains.”
