“I wouldn’t go here if I were you if you. I am going to say “the patient”when referring to them to not identify if they are a man or woman for privacy sake. I am not a patient there but my immediate family member was until last week. Patient is severely depressed, and has addiction problems plus other issues I will not list on here and was told by the provider CHARLES VIAR he was fine and nothing was wrong with him. Literally. He has since gotten in with another provider who believes him but you can’t tell someone they are ok when they have these major issues and send them on their way when our insurance literally paid you $150 per session for this service. The patient wouldn’t be there if they didn’t need help. It took a lot of courage to admit there was an issue and seek out therapy in the first place. Please do better. This is supposed to be a business that helps people. Don’t tell people they don’t have a problem when they are admitting they do and come to you for help.”

“Lack of communication, had an appointment set for month out. Show up for an appointment to be only told that there is not one scheduled. Find out later that the Billing dept. Canceled it. Told I need to see higher Qualfied therapist. But never once was contacted by anyone. Even after 2 previous visits. Nathaniel was a great therapist for what visits we had. Need better patient care.”

“Ms. Ruth Hardin and Mr. Charles Viar are the ONLY TWO people at the Dyersburg location that I trust with my healthcare because they do care about my well-being. It shows. They don't just brush their patients off and let them go away without being helped. And they certainly don't make me feel like I'm just a basket case. They both treat me with respect and as a human being. And sure appreciate them both. And they make sure any issues are taken care of, period. I do know I wouldn't make it if it weren't for those two kind and caring souls. I wouldn't even be here.Thank you wholeheartedly to BOTH..”

“I just wanted to talk to a counselor and the receptionist gave me the number to the exact business I am standing in to call. I call and this man talks to me like a child as I state I would like to just speak to a counselor about my anxiety. He said he was confused. I am now confused. It isn't that complicated. Customer service here is quite "interesting". The facility looks nice and clean so I give it one star since the front desk gave me a number to call the front desk.....”
