“Was here for a week, and it was honestly a 10/10 experience, felt like I was actually happy for the first time in as long as I could remember. They serve you breakfast, lunch, and dinner as well as snacks that are open to grab whenever you’d like, I was a big fan of the oranges and those breakfast bars. The rooms and beds are honestly really comfy, you can put the paintings you make around the room and you can rearrange the furniture however you’d like. Weirdly enough, I really miss it sometimes, it helped me so much. Do not be scared to go here, the staff is so nice and everyone is looking out for you. You’ve got this ”

“My child was admitted there. The staff was extremely friendly but slow and disorganized. Admission took us 2 1/2 hours. My child was sicker than their level of care could provide. They were wonderful despite the situation. I didn’t like the Zoom call with the psychiatric NP. She didn’t listen to anything I said about my child. I would think since I live with my child she would place some value on what I offered. She misdiagnosed my child. Thankfully the PATH sent my child to a local hospital 6 hours later and she was transferred to a higher level of care. I would have given 5 stars for the staff, but the Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner was terrible. Wrong medication prescribed for psychosis.”
