“I switched over to Path specifically for a case worker that would be covered by my insurance. First, it took awhile for them to connect me with her. Then when I did get her, she was extremely unprofessional and out of line. She has no business anywhere near social work. Then I requested a new one. After three meetings, she essentially disappeared without referring me to a new one. I’m still waiting for a new one and my case is considered “urgent,” as I’m dealing with severe depression and anxiety. I also found the nurse practitioner judgemental after I divuldged some very personal information. The only bright side is that I really like my counselor. She is the best that I’ve ever had.”
“They ghost you when it comes to appointments they set up for you. You have to track down the doctors. Then make excuses and place it on you for the problem. Not somewhere I would recommend. Oh and even with having the information ask you what they should treat.”
