“Here's just a few of MY OWN experiences with them, well, it took over Park Center, so for both places as you were. They DO NOT CARE AT ALL ABOUT THERE PATIENTS, and they Do Not. They tell you not to Go without your medication(s), for many different reasons, but, in the same breath tell you they can't call some refills in on the rest of your medications until you're seen, umm, you people called me & changed my appointment and told me just to call in for my other refills, since I now will be without those refills Due to YOU PEOPLE CHANGING MY APPT, after telling me, that it's been put in my account that I would be calling in for those, and they wld send the rest into pharmacy, and now, because of this New Nurse taking over for Baker, whom refuses to do video visits bcuz she is new, well, lady, buy me a car and I'll get there until then shush it. And, I'm sick of Abby thinking she can just override what's already been approved and set for and Denying people there medication(s), ugghhh. Anyhow, see, as you can see a wee-bit of what I'm dealing with, and that's just this time, there's Many, Many more times over the past 20+yrs or so. Just Unbelievable and Ridiculous!! It's no wonder the Bluffton office can't even keep people even working there...just WOW!!!!”

“The people saying people are rude and any bad about this… you’re wrong, absolutely wrong. They’re not rude to me, I don’t see it that way. Park center has helped me with therapy and they help me get my meds. This is the place that my Medicaid is taken for me to get my meds for free. Park center is great”

“This place is the WORST place to go to get medication for recovery! Even though their urine screens are faulty have been for yearssssss you still get in trouble when they send them off and come back that it was actually clean! You won't see no dr , you will see a NP , been going here for 5 years now never once seen a real dr. Ive been in and out the hospital since December 26th with 9 surgeries!!! Then get a message right before my appointment they can no longer give my medication because of a urine scren!! Biggest jokes ever!!! They dont gaf about ppls mental health, leave you sitting in a room for almost a hour, but if your 10 mins late they won't see you! Only one that was cool there was Tammy!! I couldn't even walk on my own kast month due to surgeries, asked them about a wheelchair, they didnt have one there but would get one at that location and call, still didn't get that phone call!!!! Please if you can get your help elsewhere!”
