I have been going through a hard time and now that he seems to not return my calls it seems that he has more important things to do then care for his clients and he seems to be able to call other people back and take in mind I have been going to Mike for years and out of no were no call back!”

“Parkside does not text me to schedule, after each appointment i reschedule with my therapist and if they have to reschedule they will call me during business hours, i been going to this place for over 2 years, the only complaint i have is little parking space but they know that and there's nothing they can do about it. The staff are super friendly, they have plenty of people so getting an appointment is not a problem.”

“Apparently its thier idea of professional to have counselors text you at 10pm rather than CALL at a reasonable time to schedule appointments. Must be desperate for money. U of M is a better choice. They tell you we'll call you next week...we'll call you next week.....we'll call you next week. Next week never comes. In the meantime you're being abused by your teenager at home and even the police won't help.”
