“This place is truly what the reviews say. If you want to better your mental health, do not go here because it will only make it worse. My partner has been there for the last three days and everyday she calls me she tells me how little they care. Out of 24 hours in a day they only allow you to speak to a therapist for about 10-20 minutes. The rest of the day you are just there left alone with your thoughts. Almost every time i’ve called they lied to me saying she was sleeping when she wasn’t or that they would have her call me and they never tell her anything! Sounds like it’s more of a prison than a place for help. When she first arrived, they took all of her belongings right away but then left her in the waiting area for 6 hours alone with nobody to talk to. They placed her in a room with another patient that wakes her up every night screaming in her sleep. This is insane! How are you supposed to be a place that helps people get better but all you do is make things worse!”

“If I had the choice to choose zero Stars I would. Absolutely the worst doctor's office I've ever been to very unorganized, I came in for 8:50 appointment and I arrived on time but there was a person ahead of me that took a long time to get checked in so by the time I made it up to check in it was 8:54. When I was called back to be checked in I was chastised by a nurse didn't get her name she's a Spanish lady with curly hair she claims that she is an assistant of Dr Pierre which is my doctor. She talked to me with very little respect tell me if I'm late again that I would be turned away. For health professional mental health this is not a kindergartener nursery School. I came to this appointment to put my life at ease instead I got pure frustration from somebody that don't know how to talk to people properly. Dr Pierre is a great doctor it's just a shame that his supporting staff are so rude and unprofessional. Do your research before you come here as I will never come back to this practice again!!! Just needed to add this I just went through read all the other reviews and OMG these problems are all similar to what I encountered which in my experience means that the problem here is not the line staff it is the Senior Management of this place that is failing in so many ways! I'm sure Park place receives Federal funding in one form of the other so I am going to reach out to those entities to try to shine some light on this. If this facility receives corporate review every year I would love to see those numbers. If this place is not being reviewed at least once a year something is really wrong.”

“I want to recognize Jessica in the scheduling department at Park Place Behavioral Health. She consistently goes above and beyond. If she doesn’t have an immediate answer, she takes the initiative to find a solution and always follows through. What truly sets her apart is her empathy and professionalism, she genuinely listens, makes you feel heard, and treats you like a person, not just another call. That level of care is rare, and in today’s world, you simply don’t see this kind of customer service or support anymore, which makes her truly invaluable. Park Place has a real asset in Jessica. If there were a few more people like her, everything would run that much smoother!”

“Wish they had someone nice to deal with instead of Shawna at the front desk she's very rough at the edges. She should not be working at a place where people have mental and behavioral issues. She makes it worse by speaking in a disrespectful tone and manner. She definitely can trigger one's depression and anxiety lead them to frustration and crisis. No manners. I change my mind she's scary.”
