“I’m giving two stars because I did actually enjoy working with Dr. Charity Ehiem, but other than that I would give no stars if possible. Considering this is an office that works with people and their mental health, I think it’s important to maintain a certain level of professionalism. And I personally can’t say they have it, not in the time of need. In full transparency, I missed my last appointment (3 weeks ago, and while I had been late 2-3x’s before, I never missed) due to my mental space and didn’t realize it until after hours. The next day I reached out to reschedule and it let her know that important and urgent paperwork would be being faxed to her. I called, I sent an email and nothing. Then I called on the following Tuesday and nothing. So I called from another number and someone answered (I believe Peter was his name) and he took my info because she “was out of office,” and still nothing. So I went by the office, no one was there. And then our standing appointment, nothing! Mind you I needed a refill on my meds because the pharmacy wouldn’t move the prescription AND I needed the paperwork done so I can obtain housing for me and my children - which I explained in the email and voicemails. NOTHING! Now or if was being dropped as a patient due me missing the appointment cool, but the professional way to handle that is to inform me that this wasn’t working and I needed to find a new doctor. Not just ghost me. So for that reason, I’m here sharing my experience so that if you are in a fragile place, you’ll pick a different office to work with. If your life is great and you just need to check a box, then this may work for you. Idk if her administrative team is at fault or her, but it has cost me and my family during a ruff time and that’s not okay.”
