“Paragon Behavioral Health Services told me I need to give my alcoholic, abusive ex unrestricted access to our 9yo daughter, despite the fact that my daughter did not want to go and our PCP and county domestic violence services advised against it. They gave me an ultimatum that if I didn’t, I would be dropped as a client, which I was. Since my last appointment, Child Protective Services had to be called on my ex due to a violent interaction with our child while my back was turned. Paragon Behavioral Services calls abused women “Gatekeepers” and is not concerned with physical safety of children. I find it offensive that a women own company would name call a woman with PTSD. I strongly advise families with children and women in domestic violence situations stay far away from Paragon because our experience was traumatizing.”
